OMG I was a second from being killed just now… Still shaking. At red light on Hwy 111 and Magnesia Falls light tuned green and I hesitated… A car going 80 mph ran the red light without slowing and would have hit me on my side… I sat for a second and lucky cars behind me didn’t rear end me…. Thank u God thank u God thank u God!!!!!!!
Same location Joshua Tree Park with hubby… love these boulders!

the power and grace of movement…
This week is going to be a grand make over at the dentist so I get to start my round of penicillin before the procedure. Took my first dose four hours ago and here goes another…
I am feeling a bit strange, since I haven’t put many drugs in my system for so many years.
It is a mixed blessing, glad to finally have the dental work done…
but that means sitting in the dentist’s chair on Thursday so he can make my smile beautiful!
Faith, not fear, faith not fear, faith not fear!
I trust this dentist, he has been very gentle so far… but leading up to the big day I will keep positive, in the moment and here, not there!
My hubby and I love to dress up every Halloween!
We still play hide and go seek with one another!
Laughing and playing keeps us young and even in our 60′s we love to have fun!!!
Happy, Healthy and In Love… that’s us today, and every day.
Oh, by the way… that’s me on the right and my hero on the left ;D
Thank you God for all of the blessings I have received.
I am grateful to be of service, to be able to carry the message of the 12 steps…
Let it begin with me!
Following your breath may sound simple and easy, like child’s play. But thanks to our “roving mind”, we are anywhere but here.
Sounds easy, breathe in and out slowly… without thinking about what to wear, if you turned on the dishwasher or get gas yesterday.
Why is the mind programmed to be filled with random thoughts?
Why is focusing on our breath and tuning out the “noise” so difficult?
So easy a child can do it… yeah right!
