A few years ago my hubby and I took a magical vacation to Lake Powell in Arizona. We stayed at the lake resort and hiked near the Glen Canyon Dam.
We took the boat tour on the lake
but the most amazing day was the Antelope Canyon caves tour. Many of you have seen the corkscrew cave photos on the internet, but if you haven’t been there as the sun passes over the cave you must put it on your list.
The shadows created on the corkscrew walls are breath taking!
I have so many photos of the trip that I am breaking them into a series and posting one group a day. I would go there again in a heartbeat… maybe next visit I will see some of you too!

Our trip to the edge of the Grand Canyon was amazing… we felt very, very small.

No one has ever found a fossilized reptile skeleton or bone within the Grand Canyon. Fossil footprints were left by more than 20 species of reptiles and amphibians, but no teeth or bones!

This weeks Photo Challenge is enormous! Big is Big and what do I see? Our trip to San Francisco last year was so much fun, we saw this amazing Christmas tree that we couldn’t resist… my husband looks like one of Santa’s little elves 
The biggest tree I had ever seen!!! Want to open those presents lol!
