I have many choices to make during the day, all of which affect the quality of my life. Choices about what to eat, what to wear, what to say, where to be, what time to be there. All choices that effect my day and state who I am. The choices that affect me the most seem to be associated with my mouth. I need to choose carefully what and how much goes into or comes out of my mouth; those choices impact my mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
