The road to the Borrego Springs village goes on forever, it seems, as you cross the desert filled with wonder…

The beautiful mountains change light like a prism in the light… the clouds capture the reflections of the sun…

This is a place to visit, the stars have never been seen as they shine in the Anza Borrego kingdom in southern California… the skies are ongoing… and magnificent!

Patricia’s Big Adventure… Palm Desert, Borrego Springs, El Centro, CA

O.M.G. Yesterday my husband, and three friends drove from Palm Desert

Anza Borrego State Park, on the way in to Borrego Springs

to Borrego Springs to pack up the entire house…

Our Borrego Springs home… moving out and putting it on the market to lease…

Tacos after packing… yummo and good fuel! With our friends from left, hubby David, Rick, Ernie, Jana and me in orange glasses

Off we go for new home in El Centro, CA!!!

Image

A long dust road from Borrego to El Centro, loaded up with furniture and belongings, after a yummy taco meal. The adventure prepping for the next Solar project for my husband.

After about three hours of loading, packing, and preparing for El Centro ride, we set out for the drive to El Centro about 80 miles… peace and desert, then the agricultural area where we tried to guess what crops were growing along the highway.

On the drive home from El Centro after unloading all of our belongings up the elevator to the third floor of his new condo… which we love, by the way… we are a tired and satisfied crew who accomplished a ton today…

Heading home feeling exhausted, satisfied, and grateful for friends who helped us make a major change in our lifestyle in one day!

Do you have friends like this?  I certainly hope so!
